Two can play that game, and the more of a douche you are, the more I act like a douche to piss you off. Driving on my rear end on the 102 at 120+ kilometres per hour will only increase my douche level to match yours—namely, I’ll follow the posted speed limit and make you do the same. If I was the one genuinely holding you up I would move, but guess what? You and I aren’t the only two drivers during rush hour, and if I moved you’d be stuck behind the person I’m stuck behind instead of you being stuck behind me. That’s why I kiss my cruise control stick each & every morning. The SUV/Big Honking Truck crowd seem to think they can intimidate other drivers by tailgating. Like yourself, I dig my heels in, go the speed limit and laugh whenever I look in the rearview mirror. Nothing like a little impotent flailing behind my little shitbox car to get the day started right!
Tailgaters are the worst drivers on the road. Period.
And jumping on the breaks elicits a flight or fight response…
They could at least pull your hair.
I remember being in a third world country where there wasn’t really a “speed limit” which i thought was kind of dangerous idea but then i noticed that people who CHOOSE TO DRIVE EXTREMELY SLOW…were in fact courteous enough to move to the shoulder of road to allow faster driver(my cabbie) to pass while they give a friendly wave.”Awesome!”I thought to myself. At that point i observed that my home town is so full of complete asshole idiots who would in fact do opposite and PURPOSELY cause more problems on the road like “riding breaks” while giving people the middle finger all while being the actual problem on the road.”Mind Boggling!”
YOU ob is that type of asshole person from Halifax NS,Canada that came to mind when i seen how these folks in this Third World behave on their roads vs our roads at home.
OB you can go pound sand and I do not recommend to ever road rage on me while your causing the main problem on the roads/highways just because you are a born prick. I will shut you down in a blink of an eye.

I think many people misread this bitch. The OB is saying that they are in the left lane driving at 120+ and trying to proceed as fast as they can. However, there is another vehicle in front of the OB that is limiting their speed. Meanwhile, some asshat is tailgating the OB and trying to intimidate them into driving faster – even though it is clearly not possible.
So, the OB is not saying that they purposely set out to slow down traffic. They are saying that the tailgater isn’t helping and is clearly creating a dangerous situation by sandwiching the OB between them and the car in front. If the car in front of the OB slowed down suddenly there would be a high risk of the tailgater banging into the OB.
I’ve had the same situation numerous times when I got blocked in the passing lane with a full right hand lane, a slower car in front of me in the left lane, and a tailgater on my bumper. The tailgater isn’t helping and is clearly creating a dangerous situation. My only option was to slow down to create extra space between me and the car in front. The tailgater can lay on the horn all the want. I’m not going to die on the highway so they can get an extra few minutes at home in front of the TV.

that stupid highway needs to be twinned asap at least to exit 6. not only is it dangerous its slow as fuck and more commuters will only start to make shit worse. The WORST is those people driving 90 km/h .. in rush hour. WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU. i agree with you person.
Section 100 (2) motor vehicle act “Failing to drive or operate motor vehicle in careful and prudent manner”
Section 101 F “Failing to drive or operate vehicle at a careful and prudent speed for existing conditions”.
Both offences, at the discretion of a police officer witnessing you behaving like a douchebag, are punishable by the highway traffic act. Even the Nova Scotia drivers handbook states that simply driving the speed limit is not enough if it impairs other drivers to be safe ( ie passing you on the right while being a highway vigilante). I hope to god your asshole beliefs don’t get someone killed OB. YOU are making it worse, instead of being responsible and safe.
