If your passengers don’t hold their transfers or passes 2 CENTIMETRES in front of your face, not only are they yelled at and the line held up but they are also attacked with snide comments. No point in filing a complaint with Metro Transit because they are unionized and protected from passengers’ complaints.
i had a bus driver grab my arm because i half-assed showed him my transfer. i dont even care who was right or wrong in that situation .. it pissed me off!
you would be surprised with some of the shit people try to get away with o.p., keep in mind, that there are actual phoney passes out there, and someone could be using a pass that was found. maybe you are 40, but had a students pass, would that get a second look, you bet.unless you had student i.d., you could be charged for fraud. think on that next time you are scrutinized.
Some drivers are more anal than others when it comes to transfers/passes. For lucky best wash, do not make it appear like you’re trying to hide something when you show off your pass/transfer.
