Ummm, those are pretty far from criminal acts and there’s not an epidemic happening. There may be a lot of problems with youth violence and idiotic behaviors but jaywalking adults are not the cause.

i’m really shocked at the stupidity of this….
Dal’s motivation is that their liquor license only allows them to serve to students, faculty, alumni & guests. They serve alcohol to anyone else, they could lose their license. And you better believe concerts like that get watched closely by liquor inspectors. If the promoter advertised it as wet/dry, that’s unfortunate – Dal and the Student Union can only operate within the limits of their liquor license, regardless of what the promoter tells people. I agree, it sucks, but there is a pretty valid reason for it.
I know of a conspiracy and its not that Michael and Janet are the same person. Oh no Its better I heard Stephen Harper is actually a robot and thats why he cant smile. Think about it. Robot.

I agreed, that’s a valid enough reason, but they shouldn’t mislead potential ticket purchasers. If they can get the word out that the show is wet/dry, they can explain the entire situation. Who would these “guests” be anyway?
