To the lady working at the Credit Union in the red shirt thursday night on Lady Hammond I understand that your bank needs to follow certian poilceys but you could be alot nicer when dealing with customers if you hate your job and don’t feel like waiting on people then thats your issue you don’t need to be extreamly rude to me and treat me like just another punk ass kid while I ask you a question looks can be very decieving … maybe the balance in my bank account would have made you feel differently too bad I’ll be moving my money else where

You should join CIBC..their slogan is “For What Matters”..to you the client.
Scotiabank is pretty good. They’re all about the customers.FYI:TD bank is #1 in Customers service followed closely by Scotiabank (where I work).
I would avoid CIBC. When I had a problem with them all the person could say to me was ‘what do you expect me to do, lick your boot’ and he said that because I called him on being rude to me!
