I emailed you three days ago trying to get a quote.
I didn’t even receive a reply that you don’t want to quote on the job.
What the hell is up you people?

Pick up the phone!
—Sick and tired of people being too lazy to call
All too often clients email the general email for the company and it takes a few days to make it into the inbox of someone who can actually do quotes. I’m with these people, pick up the dang phone!
When I’m ordering from my suppliers, this is what I do:
Day 1 – place the order via website/e-mail/fax/phone (in that order of preference)
Day 2 – call to confirm that my order has been recieved
Day 4 or 5 – call to confirm that my order has been filled and to find out when it ships
So, order by any means other than phone and then phone to confirm.
