To all the crybabies bashing Thom Yorke because he was ‘rude’ at the Grammys. REZIP YOUR CRUSTY FESTERING MOUTHS. If Thom wants to snub you he has all the right to. He’s Thom Yorke. That’s right, miley, kanye; quit complaining and crawl back under your tasteless rocks. You aren’t entitled to everything you want just because your one hit wonders got you famous.
Oh and Miss Cyrus, if you cover another radiohead song again,
I will personally come to your house and stuff a crazy glue encased gumball up your anus. At least that solves the bullshit problem.

Who the fuck is Thom Yorke and why should any of us give a sweet blarting toot who he snubbed? Nobody’ll know any of their names in 5 years, including that ego-driven bonehead, Kayne.
People still watch the Grammys?
TTFN: Lead singer of Radiohead, who is known for being a rude douchebag, oddly enough.
As I heard, the band wouldn’t see them because it’s simply something they don’t do – they suggested Miley Cyrus’ reaction may have been due to a misplaced sense of entitlement, which I would have to agree with.
TTFN: I dislike celebrity gossip just as much, but Radiohead has been around since 1985 and are a very critically acclaimed group. Give them a listen!
Radiohead is boring and pretentious. Great music to kill yourself to.
wow, I didn’t care much for this…who the hell watches the grammys???
but after SD’s post, I actually do care even less.
celebrity fueding is up there with what color dye is in ketchup chips on the ol’ who-gives-a-fuck-ometer.
I’ll stick to my British Indie favs, the Libertines, Babyshambles and Dirty Pretty Things, thanks. At least they’re from this millenium.
I think that it’s less about Yorke being rude, and more about his lack of celebrity personality. He’s not the type who wants to do interviews, or the Grammys, or talk to other celebs, or go to parties, he want to write music and be treated like a normal guy. Unfortunately for his hermit like personality, he’s part of a hugely popular and widely known band.
This makes him look rude though, because regular people don’t understand how annoying it must be to be bombarded by strangers all the time.
I laughed so hard at this bitch.
Who cares?
I heard that Matthieu Cornette was talking smack to Victor Mikhalevski about his rook opening. And Alexander Moiseenko totally served Eduardas Rozentalis in their fifth match.
DAAAAAMMMMMNNNNN
Thom Yorke is truly awesome, and I say more power to anyone who snubs the likes of Miley and Kanye.
Thom and Kanye are not the only musicians in dire need of proper socialization.
when has radiohead been a one hit wonder?
TTFN: What’d you think of Doherty’s new solo album?
Radiohead has never been a one hit wonder there pretty good but you can not compare him to k west
Typical post from a radiohead fan. Hey don’t get me wrong I love radio head more than the next guy. I just can’t stand all these “I’m fucking awesome because I listen to radiohead and your taste in music is shit because I am the alpha and the omega when it comes to music selection!!!”
mook.
Hey, Anton, I love the new album. I was lucky enough to see one of Dirty Pretty Things (with Pete’s former partner, Carl Barat) concerts in London before they broke up. I’m crossing my bra for a Libertines reunion.
I always hoped the Libertines would get back together – as I understand, Pete and Carl are on good terms and occasionally do get together for acoustic sets, but it seems they’re both fairly content working on separate projects – I think Pete’s never-ending legal woes also might make Barat a little less-than eager to get involved
Music is great to listen too. Just because you like radio head does not mean everyone else has too. I like Kanye. You like Radio head. he likes the libertines. were all cool. were hip. look at how hip our taste in music is. our fancy album covers are artistic. now shut up and listen to it.
I always find it odd when people say they’ve never heard of these guys. They have been the critics’ darlings for about 15 years, and remains so with each new (#1) album they release. It is funny how the music industry has changed so much that the “best” (it’s a matter of opinion of course) bands are often considered obscure unknowns.
In any case, love em or hate em, the scuttlebutt was that Miley Cyrus and Kanye West took it personally when Radiohead’s famously bitchy, obnoxious, self-righteous and altogether superior-acting but oh-so-depressed front man, Thom Yorke (Bono’s smarter, more talented, more artistic, but uglier and less self-promoting Mini-Me), stated simply that they don’t do the celebrity cicuit and wouldn’t be entertaining guests back stage.
Pretentious? Absolutely. But nothing more.
