Every day I walk to work around the back edge of Citadel hill. There are usually at least one – often several – cop cars sitting on the road up Citadel hill just idling suspiciously. I want to know what you sneaky buggers are doing up there every morning!? Your frequent and unexplained presence at this random location is wierd… WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING UP THERE!?!?!

The only way you should be “creaped” out by cops is if you have something to hide from them. Get a grip
the halifax police dept is close by they may be on break?
i think the presence of cops is a good thing. maybe if we had more cops just hanging out in random places, less citizens might end up gettin shot and stuff.

I agree with John. I think if we had a greater element of randomness to their presence, the crime rate would drop. However multiple cars sitting in one location so close to headquarters is most definitely not an improvement in coverage in my opinion.

If I am out there trying to break the law or commit a felony, I would find the presence of a police car “creapy”.
