zZz: I’m guessing OP lives in old clayton park. Clayton park west is a great neighbourhood and is very well kept. I live on lacewood/parkland and I love it here — I love the building, the people, the neighbourhood and the amenities.
OP probably lives in one of those shittily built buildings on harlington or willett — especially since they mentioned fairview. Where I live, fairview isn’t even a consideration in relation to my ‘hood. *shrug*
