Classic Rock
I’ve figured it out: we have so many classic rock stations since the beneficent radio conglomerates don’t want us, a have-not province, to spend our money on good/ current/ local music. Thank God the Q or Hal never tried to promote any concerts at Stage

Although I’m a boomer, I hate those fucking moldies stations. I’d much rather see young, local bands get their shot on the radio but since that ain’t gonna happen, I’ll continue to get my fix on UTube. What this city needs is a couple of good alternative stations, not unlike CKDU.
You want good local stuff? Into blues music at all? I’ve got two words for you…Matt Andersen.He’s from NB, and he’s excellent. You won’t be disappointed.
Seen him – awesome singer – also like Charlie A’Court although, when he’s singing, he looks like he’s squeezing out the mother of all turds.
