I love you coffee shop—I love the laid-back atmosphere, the staff, and your delicious soups and lasagne. So to the lady who owns/manages said shop… don’t worry, chill a little, your staff do a wonderful job! Just trust them and step back, delegate, and leave it to them. Honestly, they can handle it, and quite often do—giving a great vibe to the place! —Almond
