Maybe we can come up with a signal to alert the driver behind someone that is suddenly pulling over to use a cell phone.It’s great that “some”people caught on that cell phone while driving is illegal,but abrubtley pulling off to the side of the road with no warning is very upsetting.And while I’m at it..SMOKERS,especially in the summertime,KEEP your smoke inside your own vehicle.Put up your windows.Why should we behind you smell your stinky fumes.Even if we have our A/C or fan on,we can still smell it.Smarten up & keep your bad habit to yourselves.

I can’t imagine smoking in a vehicle with all the windows up! YUCK! Besides, I highly doubt the smoke is going out the window of a car in front of you (hovering at the same level and travelling to your car)and you have all your windows up and a/c on and you can smell it! You’re full of SHIT!

OP, I know I fucking love it. Specially when they pull over to the side of an exit or merge in front of a pole or some bushes where you can’t see them. Or in a 2 way street that’s narrow and it’s clearly marked no stopping or parking and they pretty much become a hazard to other drivers. I say we should let people use their phones while driving again. Less Accidents and stupidity.
