How many needless accidents must there be before people clue in to this very serious problem? Using a cellphone causes inattention, as simple as that. Maybe it’ll take some public official’s brat to get smacked into a tree by such inattentiveness before anything is done.
In newfoundland, where im from, it is illegal to talk on a cell phone and drive. There are big fines for it.
