eh.. i’m torn on this one. If he is as bad as you say then fair enough. But i’m also tempted to agree with Pretty Sure.. you’re jealous of something. Maybe you thought you should be where he is right now?

1. you have destroyed morale – ok fine. Maybe. But you work at a call centre. Morale is one of those things that’s tenacious at best anyway.
2. among many of these roles, likely, is to to manage us into some form of submission – well.. that’s sort of how jobs work. Unless he’s walking in with a whip, calling you names or otherwise abusing or manipulating you, you’re under his watch.

But i did work at one before launching into my career. And if he’s doing any sort of support whatsoever for the team, he’s gonna be running around and talking if it’s part of his job.
4. flirting with the women and trying to be the cool guy! – come on.. who DOESN’T flirt around a little at work? Are the women complaining? If so, go to management and lodge a formal sexual harassment complaint. But if they’re not upset with it, is inter-office flirting any of your concern?
5. Take your neck tattoo and lame hairdo and go back to whatever big city you just came from. – not to sound like an after school special but your appearance and place of origin are not indicative of your abilities.
6. small, phony little man – this is the second time you mentioned his size. What does that have to do with it? And phoney doesn’t stop a person from performing on the job usually. In fact, more often than not, phoney people tend to get ahead because dillturds tend to like them.

Lol..I’m about 98% sure I work at the same place and I know exactly who this ‘new guy’ is.
The op is pretty harsh, and I don’t know all the details, but this new manager isn’t far off the description posted. Kinda douchey but I’m sure he’s worked hard to get to that position.
I’m actually just hoping this one gets printed in the next coast…I see alot of copies lying around at work and think the ensuing drama at work would be kinda funny…but that’s just me having a twisted sense of humor.
I do know this situation. So here’s the scoop. First off every employee at the place of business makes between 40-100k, and this particular person in question is close to the top I’m sure. It’s a great place to work with great benefits and compensation, and the only people who get bitched at or or complain about management are the ones who suck at there job and have to be babysat all day long.
Some of the other comments were hitting the nail on the head. This person looks at the manager and says wait a second, your new, you have a fun and outgoing personality, you like to joke around and you style your hair instead of being a slob like half the city….you must be a douche. What do you think people think of you and your ever so brave bitch session?…gutless everyday bitch that everyone hates….
Well I can tell you this, whoever made this post must be a fat ugly piece of shit who sucks at their job and likes to complain and be a jealous hater towards successful people who have lives and friends. So grow a pair and if you have a problem with the way people conduct themselves than say something about it in the real world you spineless, worthless gutless pussy.
