Why is it that there are never any of those roadside charity car washes going on when I really need one? It seems like they used to be everywhere in the summertime and now I don’t see them anymore. Are local youth sports teams now receiving corporate funding or something? I’m waaaaaay too lazy to do it myself and those drive-thru car washes don’t do shit! My car is filthy and I’m totally willing to pay to have it cleaned properly. It’d be nice if my money went to charity at the same time.

There’s a lot of them on bayers Rd gas station. There was one today actually.

Actually, obtaining corporate sponsorship this year ain’t so easy. The shit flows downhill and you’ll notice a recession going on.
Ask the NSLC for corporate sponsorship. They always seem to be generating massive profits.

I think the weathers played a big part on why there hasn’t been a lot of them this summer. I don’t think they have a bunch of sponsors. I think they’re just coming up with other ways to raise money, maybe ones that don’t depend on the weather.
Tim Hortons should set them up in their drive thrus. They like charity things, and they never have a lack of customers.

Vanity aside, park your car outside for a night and you have a 50-50 of it being clean in the morning….
not to mention the nice pour we got yesterday for all of 20 minutes. Free, organic, and natural car washes are the best!
I remember the babes in bikini’s who washed cars on Ochterloney St in Dartmouth a few years back… I had the cleanest truck in town .

There was a charity car wash near the Costco side of the park over the weekend.
Maybe the coast should have a classified spot for these things…might help them get the word out and generate some of those charity dollars.
