Paying for college I played the whole Call Centre game. I noticed that no matter what call centre, no matter the pay, benefits, environment etc its all the same thing you sit on the phone “if you take a heart attack try to finish the phone call we dont care about you etc,” I can compare it to kfc chickens having their beaks cut off and being fed food until they are ready to die in this case food is lies and death is retirement.
All that I suggest is this Call Centres can be dangerous be very careful before you step foot in one, and dont be a tool.

Oh god I hate working in call centers with all the stupid surveys and stupid quotas and all that bull shit not to mention the old broken computers head sets ect not to mention how soul sucking it was
I know! i have been doing them for about 4 years now thank god i am on my way out and working part time BUT i worked at my current call center for 6 months before anyone noticed me or had any sort of coaching!
