To the cab driver who for the 2nd time now insists on turning on his daughters shitty jazz/blues band’s cd and cranking it while going on and on about how great they are, no one cares..especially the 2nd time around. Sorry.

    I actually agree with you (ducks under desk & checks for lighting bolts)
    RAP sucks…but then again so does a lot of music when performed badly…one way to get a laugh & or a cringe, is to listen to some of the ‘cover’ songs, done by people when your looking for a tune by the original artist on Youtube. Sometimes I play them rarely are any of them worth listening to though…but I still try.

    One of those ‘covers’ that I thought was good was a gregorian chant of ‘Sound of silence’ cover of Simon & Garfunkle’s hit…the version by the Watchmen is good as well.

  4. The watchman are pretty good . I seen them playing in the early 90’s in winnipeg at bars when they were still pretty much just a bar band .At the spectrum I believe.

OMG I’ve had this cab driver twice and he does the exact same thing with me… at first I thought it was sweet how proud he is of his daughter and that he just must miss her cause she lives away, but man I don’t want to hear it. Although, he has every right to listen to whatever music he wants in his own car. My real problem with him is that he spits when he speaks and always has globs of spit in the corners of his mouth… NASTY
