  1. Wow – did you manage to get the bus number and a description of the driver? I would file a complaint against him.

  2. Are you 100% certain the driver was laughing at your situation? He may have been listening to the radio and heard something funny or he may have seen something outside. I agree the timing may have been bad but you have no proof whatsoever that the driver directed his laughter at your situation. As for the racist bus driver comments, yeah there are a couple that I recall – black ones who think white passengers are the lowest form of life yet have no problem chatting up a storm with their “brothers or sisters” when they get onthe buses. One is a long-time driver and the other one that stood out was a female who was hired 2 or 3 years ago. And your complaint of racism should really be directed at the passenger who made the comments – after all he’s the one who opened his mouth.
