To the loser that’s been banging on the same three cords since I moved here and mumbling low enough so no one can hear you moving your lips: You call yourself a musician…Really! Here’s a New Year’s resolution for you—go learn how to play ONE f@#king son. You’re worse than a poser. If you can’t do that maybe try playing the skin flute, I’m sure you’d go pro. —Pick any song

  1. I say if he’s enjoying himself who cares. Everyone who picks up an instrument gets what they want out of it, and not everybody is going to be a virtuoso. He may trying to write a song and struggling with it which would explain the constant repetition, or maybe he’s just struggling at mastering those chords. Either way, I can tell your a non-musician because another musician wouldn’t have a problem with that. So, you have to ask yourself, are you in any situation to judge if your only contribution to music is an opinion?

  2. SEEING AND HEARING

“To the loser that’s been banging on the same three cords (sic) since I moved here and mumbling low enough so no one can hear you moving your lips.” Pick any song

How can one mumble so low that no one can HEAR them moving their lips? Does that make sense? Doesn’t one rather SEE someone moving their lips and not HEAR them moving their lips? Would you say that one could SEE him mumbling so low? Does that make sense? Have you suffered a concussion recently that re-wired your sight and hearing? Write back soon.

    A pleasure as always,

    Cheerio!

  3. perhaps they are adhering to that old saying “practice makes perfect”
Then once the have perfected that song they will proceed to learning song #2.

  4. Maybe the song he/she learned only has three chords? And go fuck yourself you judgemental prick!!!

  5. The Trogs – Wild Thing
    T-Rex – Get It On
    Jimmy Buffett – Margaritaville
Van Morrison – Brown Eyed Girl

    and the list goes on…

  6. It takes guts to sing and play in front of other people. Most people would find it terrifying. Anyone learning music has to practice anyway, so why not do it in front of an audience and make a few bucks if you can?
