wow…. both of you must learn to chill. You could live down here in FLA, buses stop running @ 6pm and run only once an hour. In your situation, I would have probably said the same thing to your friend… maybe at a lower tone. I find with those situation…. just shut your mouth, you’ll be happier and minus the stress, live longer.

So the busdriver was helping a lady; and so what if the bus was running late. Is your life so important that you could not stand to wait the extra couple of minutes it took to help her? I doubt it. It’s quite sad that people sweat the small stuff to this extent. The driver’s consideration probably meant a great deal to the lady who required assistance, and that should be the focus here. Besides that, everyone knows that if you have to take the bus to get somewhere at a certain time you have to plan for delays – missed connections, bridge closures, accidents, etc. There are real problems in the world and a lot of really unnecessary hardships – making everyone on a bus uncomfortable becoming as agitated as you did is clearly not worth it. Buy a bike.

The bus certainly does NOT run according to your schedule and if you were “running late” well then that’s your own damn fault, not the bus driver’s! As some one who regulary takes metro transet I am smart enough to know there is a time printed in the bus schedual and a time the bus will actually arive. You need to grow up. ok. I can totally understand your frustration.. So a woman was asking for help, you clearly pointed out that it was nice that he was helping her and it was not her fault, but on the same page, the buses are public transportation, and it really sucks when you miss a transfer because the bus was late. The schedules are designed for moderate delays, but not only you, but the people waiting in the cold for their bus that is now late, not sure if perhaps maybe they missed it as well… I can understand your frustration. Public transportation lowers the shit we do to the environment (I’m sure most of you jerks who responded so rudely drive a car), and is a means for thousands of people to get to work everyday. You shouldn’t have called the woman a bitch though, had you not done that, and just sat back and ignored her, or said something intellignet back, then there would be no means to insult you. You were upset because the bus was late, and clearly the bus driver wasnt thinking about the fact that he should be on schedule, lest anyone has to connect on one or more buses.. so, have fun abroad, I assure you that little things like this do happen in many other parts of the world (although subways are almost always punctual, to the point of getting trampled getting on and off).. but a word of advice, next time some immature person shouts out a name at you, or is incredibly immature and rude, just sit back and be the bigger person, or say something intelligent
