I would like to thank the driver of my bus for serving some moral justice to a jaywalker this morning. This woman was in such a rush to catch the bus that she darted out in the middle of the road, causing the driver to slam on the brakes. The woman was still running to catch up when we got to the next stop, but the driver shut the door on her after letting the other passengers on. Keep fighting the good fight bus driver! —Everyday passenger

Karma does bad things to bad people. So why doesn’t karma get karma!?
That is not a nice thing to do. The lady could be on her way to a job interview but now she will be staying on welfare.
No, that was a terrible thing to do. The woman may have exhibited bad judgement but the driver has absolutely no right to play God. Some of the bus drivers in this city need to be fired.
What an asshole. The bus driver stereotype continues…
It would have been more effective if the driver had let the passenger on and then told her that she could have caused an accident or injury to passengers by forcing him to jam on the brakes. Being vindictive doesn’t help anything.
Bus driver sounds like an ass. You too OB.
Bad manners ,by buse driver….sad!
You guys are nuts. Lets say this stupid jay-walking lady was actually hit, what kind of PTSD would that give the driver. Why should the driver pick up this law-breaking idiot? I’ve missed the bus plenty of times because the crosswalk lights had changed, I was 5 seconds too late etc., that doesn’t give you the right to run out into traffic!
