I witnessed a bus cut off a one-tonne pickup with a flatbed. The guy in the flatbed stopped, instead of getting out of the way. So the flatbed did a world of hurt on the side of the bus between the back wheel and the bumper before he took off. The bus driver may have right of way but I doubt it applies to vehicles that have come to a full stop. -I Got the License Plate # But I’m Not Sharing
