I couldn’t agree more. These hypocritical sons of bitches are all bent out of shape over the strip club saying it will bring hookers to the neighborhood. Um… excuse me, but they’ve been here since I’ve lived here for the last 10 years. Maybe these people should turn their collective attention to the robbery rate of pedestrians walking in the windmill and wyre road areas at all hours of the day. That seems to me to be a more pressing issue, since chances are good you could be punched senseless and robbed by a gang of roving youth even in the middle of the daytime in that general area.

I sent a formal letter to the Utility and Review Board, and sent an email back to The Coast responding to your “Love the way we bitch” letter. A strip club will do nothing to help the area. It will only invite more prostitutes, or at the very least, encourage the exisiting ones to stay and that this is a suitable area for them. Perhaps we should turn this club into a learning facility or some kind of clinic to get these people help! It’s better than having us all accept the degradation of women as normal. Sex is not a service. Places like Sensations try to tell us it is.
I’m all for the titty bar!I live on Quinpool and the porn shop doesn’t cause me to be harassed by pervos when I walk home from work at 1am… Prostitutes are there because they like to be close to home. It is the Darkside afterall…And come on, there are crack houses right around the area…It’s a pawn shop, liquor store, hobos, and drug dealers all around the area, it isn’t the prostitutes, at least they are working girls.
