I was bullied as a kid, as a young adult, and even today. I was bullied by other kids, my parents, and today co-workers. Bullying comes in many different forms and types.
I dress the way I want and do what I want these days, and have become pretty sucessful in my line of work. So To all those that think making fun of me is a way of being cool, watch the fuck out because I hold seniority and hold your immediate career in my hands. I would never repeat “NEVER” plot revenge, but this form of behavior falls under the category “Ethics and Values”, an aspect very important in out line of work.
So, be very fucking careful, for this sign says “CAUTION THIN ICE”

I think the OP brings up a good point by saying “ethics and values”. If these workers under her/him are insulting people in the work place, they need to be put in their place, especially if they are being jokers towards their bosses. Remember the old saying “be careful of the feet you step on today, because they may be connected to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow”
