  1. My boyfriend did that once – without any hesitation at all! I added that kind of automatic reflex to the long list of reasons why he’s a keeper. 😀

  2. I guess I should explain a bit more – we had just moved here, he’s barely spent time in the city (with bridges, tolls, etc) and I was thinking about grumbling – but there he goes with a quarter.

    Anyway, it reminds me to be a more generous person, just because he’s so automatic at it.

  7. Awesome Ralmnie. SOBova didn’t even try to press-gang me. She came home chilled to the bone after playing Gunga-Din for 3 hours, so I glady made the 2nd trip to barStux for something hot & chocolatey for her. Looked for you on the news and on the Horrid’s slideshow. Glad you weren’t that poor lady losing her breakfast. Screeee!

  9. Cool! I couldn’t even stand up at the finish… Ugh. I should have taken a blanket though, I got an awful chill after the race. Mmmm… I DID manage to have 3 coffees on Saturday form my fav shop on North St. Maybe that’s why I raced well Sunday?

    I’ll have to go check out the horrid… I didn’t look yesterday.
