hey asshole thanks for scaring the shit out of my mother and I on oxford street tonight.
First of all at Almond and Oxford when I stopped for a yellow light you nearly rear ended me and was almost touching my bumper. Then past Soccor Pro I had let a bus go because their are way more people on that bus than me and my mom that have important things to do. So I let the bus go by because the street has two cars on either side so you behind me after the bus goes try to pull your poser ass luxury bwm suv around me to cut me off FUCK YOU I pulled out as I should have and you yell out the window and honk your horn. Screw you buddy and your little plastic leased suv wanna be off roader. I’m sure you will see me again I drive a Jeep wagoneer with wood colored sides and next time you try that your pretty little plastic bmw is going to meet my steal bumper Not really but it would be nice. I mean come on I was letting a bus go because if not jackasses like you would never let him go by and I personally think that all the people on that bus trying to get where there going is a whole lot more important. Plus did that all of 5 seconds slow you down. GOOD maybe you can learn how to not tail gate people not attempt to cut off a vehicle and how not to be a jack ass but as far as I’m concerned you suck!

OP, first off, I have to say I love that you stopped for a bus. There are many of you out there who do this, and we thank you. The BMW was obviously in a hurry, otherwise he wouldn’t try passing two vehicles on a narrow street. I always laugh when I get these guys stranded in the wrong lane for attempting that stunt (passing other cars to go around a bus).
Oh, and if the bus driver flashes the 4-ways briefly after you let them out, they’re thanking you.
Good on you, yielding to the bus. We need more drivers like you, and fewer like Mr. BMW. I’m pretty sure the idea of giving public transit vehicles the right of way has been tossed around. As I recall, the driving public screamed bloody murder and the idea was dropped.
On a completely off-topic note, this is the third time in a week I have seen Almon Street referred to as “Almond” Street on LTWWB. I just found that curious.

It’s worse up at the Lacewood Terminal. If you’re on the 52 going towards Bayers Lake, the bus has to pull into the left lane in order to make it’s turn onto Lacewood Drive. So many cars, while the bus is pulling out, continue to pass it. It’s a big ass bus, you know they can see it. I love it when the bus driver gets pissed and just goes and people have to slam on their brakes, while they’re driving in the lane of oncoming traffic ^-^
