I have known you for more than half of my life. I don’t remember much before you. We’ve gone through so much, without ever even touching. We acted as a support system, through breakups, deaths, anxieties. We went through our awkward adolescent stages together. I went to meet you, and got too nervous, and hid in the resort bathroom the whole day.
Even when we’re not together, we kind of are. We’re always a part of eachothers lives, and for that, I am thankful.
And lately, the only thing I can think about is the day we meet. I can see myself getting off the plane, and looking for you. Our eyes meet, etc. The fact that this is the year makes me so happy!
