That’s a lot of trash talking there Americano! However I do agree a lot of people do not take the necessary time to dispose of their waste responsibly. We could add more garbage cans which a) would get vandalized by sloshed simpletons and just plain idiots and b) cost the city thus the taxpayers more money to get the cans emptied in a timely fashion.
So the best bet would be to remind the slackjaws that think recycling is dropping stuff on the ground when they’re done with it where the pertinent receptacles are and how to sort it. Sounds easy but we’re dealing with the human race here.
