Alas Mr. M., I am no longer au courant in the goings on of the H^lif^x demi-monde, preferring a life of quiet contemplation and Dos Equis. Mucho Dos Equis. Although the Council of Elders does have a very active 4-H club, but the less said about that, the better.
Just happened to catch a piece on the American news… A 10 year old girl just shot her gun range instructor with an UZI! Yeah, her parents brought her to a gun range, while on vacation. Thought it might be fun for her. An uzi. God love [those] America[ns]!

Lowcoaster, Sounds plausible but my translation of the bitch is that: the bike haters have been shitting in the bike lanes hoping that the bike riders slip and fall while knowing that the off-leash dogs will get the blame for said shit being in the bike lane where it is, obviously, a safety hazard.
