you make a complaint with the landlord, and they evict them.
Invest in a set of ear plugs if your landlord doesn’t do anything.
Why don’t you go to the superintendant ot the landlord? That’s what their job is….that’s what they are paid for.
With much respect to you “Voice from below”, What the fuck is wrong with you? Why are you sitting around at 3 in the morning crying like a 5 year old? Don’t be so passive … either file a complaint with your landlord, or walk your poor ass upstairs and ask them to quiet down.
