So I love how someone can make an event and get it hosted at a bar and then the bar owner turns around and steal the idea! After someone took the time an effort to organize the event they now have nothing to show. The events had been going since January all hosted by the same someone , now the bar has control and told that someone that they are no longer allowed. In the bar. Where do people get off doing this! You broke that someone’s heart and smashed her work into nothing! How do you feel!?!? —sick of some people

They CAN do whatever they want. They’re business owners and you’re lucky they let your friend have any events at all. Why should they share profit with your friend when THEY can do it and keep ALL the money for themselves?

Events are not proprietary things OP, unless you have an edge that can make them that way, like retaining talent on contract, or having a trademarked brand. Looks like your friend just got taken.
