Lucky for me I pay attention before I go into a crosswalk. You were texting on your phone, hands not at the wheel, obviously not driving with care and concern for those around you and when I yelled, “Thanks Buddy!” You had the nerve to give me the finger! ..what kills me is..you have a couple of drinks and drive and you’re a scumbag menace to society ..but hey text away ..it’s just a technicality /nuisance if you get caught..bet there’s more than one hard core madd types texting as they drive to the next meeting..
Did you get the plate number and call the police? They do follow up and issue tickets.
did you get a plate number? did you let them almost hit you? did you let them hit you, and then made a huge scene? if not, why are you whining about it here?
was there witnesses, and did anyone get any info on offending vehicle? so many questions, and so very few answers.
Yes OP! I’ve been in that position, where almost the same situation happen.
But, the only thing you can do is bow your head and keep on trucking!
More people should carry a rock or brick with them.
Hopefully their text went through. I see plenty of people texting everyday while driving. I love the ones that don’t notice until their car tire hits the curb that their car has drifted while driving.
I always say “THANK YOU” to the courteous drivers who stop and let me cross the street.
