People are fucking stupid. Car drivers do that too, for some reason, they proceed/speed up while someone is backing out into their line and then they have the nerve to lay on the horn. Stupid fucking people.
they wanna make sure they get a good spot in to emergency room, before everyone else gets there.
I usually go for the pull through spots.
