It was so wonderful to see you sporting an international breastfeeding sticker in your window. It made me decide to go in and have a cup of your delicious iced ginger tea while I fed my baby. If more restaurants like you actively showed their support I am sure the breastfeeding rates in Nova Scotia would improve from second worst in the country! Breast is best!

  1. i doubt that would improve breastfeeding rates in this province……too many teenagers have babies and they are too immature to breastfeed…..

  2. It was the new sushi cafe on Quinpool — Be Well Sushi and Cafe. I believe I was the first mom to breast feed in there… Frenchie, I was thinking more about the women who start breastfeeding but discontinue — only 10 % of women in NS continue breastfeeding past 2 – 3 months.

  3. F7, get over yourself. Breastfeeding is most natural thing in the world, and something to be respected. How uptight do you have to be, to be grossed out or offended by a mother feeding her baby?

  4. It’s a breast. It’s a baby. Together, they are still a breast and a baby. What’s the problem?
