Heres a tip for all the idiots out there : Stop having babies!!! I am tired of getting on the bus and seeing these people that are younger then me (I’m 30) with 2-4 kids. I understand that things can happen when you are younger, and maybe pregnancies can happen, but after the first 3 I think all of you braindead retards should maybe get the hint that pulling out early doesn’t seem to be working. But, it seems, that isn’t the case so I’ve compiled a list of helpful tips to maybe help you avoid that 3rd or 4th unwanted child:

1. If you have bleached blonde hair with roots that are 6 inches long, you probably shouldn’t have another baby.

2. If neither you, nor the multiple fathers that your children surely have, have a job, then don’t have anymore children.

3. If your boyfriend is walking around at 2:30 in the afternoon in a tracksuit, or jogging pants, then you probably shouldn’t have anymore children.

4. If you add up your IQ and the IQ of your prospective mate, and it doesnt total higher then the womans weight, you probably shouldn’t have children together.

5. If the new 50 cent cd is on high-rotation in your household, you probably shouldn’t have any more children.

Hopefully this will help all the idiots out there. Condoms aren’t that hard to get people, in fact you can get them at any drugstore, grocery store, and in the bathroom at the dome, and the palace, because I know how you skanks and thugs love the dome and the palace. I am tired of my tax-dollars going to help raise the future thugs and criminals of the world, so give those wombs a rest for a bit would you please?

  1. Since when is having kids when you are under 30 a bad thing? I know this bitch was probably directed at people the OP feels are “unfit parents”, but there are a lot of stable, secure and mature people under 30 who are probably better off having children when they are younger (at the very least they are kid free in their early to mid 40’s). Just because the OP doesn’t feel ready (mature enough?) to have kids at 30, doesn’t mean there are not lots of capable young adults out there who are able to handle the responsibility. I’m sure there are lots of 30-somethings who decide to have kids after taking 10+ years to advance their education and careers who end up as equally unfit parents by continuing to choose work over family.

  2. “4. If you add up your IQ and the IQ of your prospective mate, and it doesnt total higher then the womans weight, you probably shouldn’t have children together. “Best line ever. But there is flaw – given that we’re in North America, and in Nova Scotia in particular – there is a good chance that even two well-above-average IQs would still be less than the woman’s weight!

  3. Popping out sprogs can earn you some decent welfare coin so why would they stop? Case in point – a relative of mine had four of them by the time she was 23, all by different fathers. The kids were neglected since Miz Welfare Princess had several costly addictions. Finally when someone blew the whistle on this little cow, she had fucked off to Alberta with the kids, no forwarding address. It’s criminal that our tax money is being squandered on fucking pigs who think they can live on easy street because they grunted out three or four babies.

  4. this bitch is uncool and borderline racist and this makes you look you have a small IQ

  5. No, I think it was the bleach blond hair…..the OP is definatly prejudice towards brunettes trying to be blond.

  6. I like the part where the OP says “(I’m 30) with 2-4 kids”…I’m forty-something with somewhere between 16 and 20 kids… But hell, who’s counting…

  7. 16-20? Why that qualifies you for a polygomist compound in Texas!but we needn’t worry as such groups tend to be independently wealthy, growing their own veggies and such.

  8. God I hope they aren’t all from the same mother. She’d have to avoid sitting on barstools after the first 15…

  9. I read a piece where in western Cda (sask?), they have many families in their THIRD generation as welfare recipients… these are able-bodied people who have never worked their entire lives, and that is the ethic that gets passed on to the kids…Maybe its like that here in NS too… I don’t know… Just the idea of it is scary, no matter where it is…

  10. There’s got to be a way to keep that from happening. 3rd gen welfare families?!? Maybe free daycare while the mom’s get mandatory job training as part of the welfare package?

  11. I like your idea of day care and job training Miles. There is a tricky aspect to that, though. The training would have to be for a field in which solid employment that pays more than just a living wage is virtually guaranteed. Otherwise poverty advocates will attack it, saying that it will only perpetuate the problem, making the mom one of the working poor who will still need social assistance of some sort as well as being absent from the home. I’ve always been an advocate of having some of these families working at civic projects – beautification, etc., – a resource our region with its small tax base could certainly use. But that kind of work is only a step removed from garbage collection or “community service” and could, probably justly, be seen as degrading to the social assistance recipients….it’s a rock and a hard a place!

  12. Apparently, Once your child reaches the age of 5, you are expected to get a job, and get OFF of welfare… (I could be wrong, but it DID happen to a friend of mine, her son tuned 5, and she got the boot, and she got a job, like the rest of us…. It ALMOST happened to another friend of mine, but luckily she had another baby and didnt have to worry about getting a job) *insert eye roll here*Anyways… Like the OP said… Pregnancies happen, in my opinion, you shouldn’t be allowed to sit on welfare while you raise that baby… Welfare should pay for CHILDCARE.. If your ABLE to work… you should be working!!

  13. cat lady: I believe you are right about the age thing. I know of a few people who use the system. One who’s been abusing it for a while always gets pregnant at the right time so that the system keeps rolling in. Disgraces me to no end, and the government is afraid do anything. Another one doesn’t know who the father is, she just kept getting banged when she was 18 until she got pregnant.Funny responses here!!

  14. I guess I take some comfort in the fact that those who are sticking it to the man with their “get welfare-rich quick” schemes are not getting actually rich off taxpayer money. If they are so desperate for, an incapable of earning, a buck, that they are choosing to have babies as a source of income…I think they evoke my sympathies, more than my rage. But the children….”Won’t someone think of the Children!!??”

  15. I’ll never forget teh conversation I had with my cousin….she was 7 at the time:Me: What do you to be when you grow up?Cousin: I want to be a mommy and have 10 babies.Me: Oh, that sounds nice. You must really love children and playing with your dolls.Cousin: Not really…..but my mommy says that if you have lots of babies you get a cheque and you don’t have to work.I almost passed out….her mother heard her say all of this and didn’t bat an eye!

  16. WOW!!!Why is it that everybody likes to pick on the disadvantage for!Why not pick on the bigger “leaches”that we have in society,THE GOVERNMENT????Last time I checked, they do nothing for their pay-cheques,nor do they do anything to assist the unfortunate. And by the way, mother’s on welfare DO NOT recieve extra’s for their children on welfare, where are you people getting your information, because it’s definately LIES that are being told on here.Go ahead and try going on assistence, then you’ll learn forst hand that you all don’t know SHIT of what your talking about!God I really dispize-IGNORANCES!!!

  17. Alison, I don’t think anyone said that welfare Mom’s with kids on welfare get more money. The comment was that Mom’s on welfare are having more kids so they can stay on welfare and those children are also growing up and abusing the welfare system. This bicth is not out to get the disadvantaged, it is criticizing those who abuse the system. It is intended to ensure mothers who are unemployed have the means to provide for their children until they are school aged, at which point the mother is expected to find work while the children are in school. Some people have it figured that if they keep having kids, they will always have an under 5 year old and will be able to keep getting a cheque. These people are not disadvantaged…they are taking advantage. Certainly not all mom’s on welfare fall into this category, but some obviously do, and it ruins the system for everyone. And it is the government and it’s programs that provide the social assistance in the first place…but I guess that does not count as doing their jobs in your book.

  18. Miles,Well I at one time did fit into this category(at age 16),because my children’s aid worker(at that time)advised me that it would be in my best interst to go on Mother’s Allowance, instead of becoming Independant!!!Later in life I did not believe this to be an appropriate decission for me(I did get a job in a restaurant, starting as a dishwasher and within two years, became Kitchen Assistant Manager),and I loved it.This is what the system does, they need individuals(young especially)to stay on assistance,or else if everybody did get a job,Social Services worker’s would altimately become unemployed, because nobody is on the system! Also,I would like to add,it’s not Social Services or any other organization who supply’s these services,it’s the hard Canadians(like yourself),who is lifting up the bill.So I would say that most tax-payers need to start demanding in every sector of government, where is the money going, because (right now I’m on assistance as a single person)and all i get is $410.00mnth.This is expected to pay rent at 250.00mnth,60 for a bus pass,20.00 for laundry,20.00 for personal hygiene, and 50.00 for food a mnth.So welfare people who are single are just barely serviving and when individuals like me complain to any government(like HCAP has),nobody in government authorities care.I’d love to see anyone try living on this.Ya some will say,go get a part time job, well that doesn’t work either(i have),and 70% of your earnings go directly to social services, when they deduct it from your cheque! There is no eccentive being on welfare, like most think! Most polititians (who actually do nothing for anyone but for them selves-try pretending to be in need sometime)and ask any political party for help.Maybe you will, but i can gaurantee you if you became acompetition against government, you’ll see how fast your black flagged!

  19. OK Alison, I am confused.1. Why shouldn’t part-time earnings be deducted from a welfare cheque? Why shouldn’t those on welfare be expected to work? Those on EI can earn a certain amount of money without it affecting their benefits, but after that point it’s deducted dollar for dollar. Besides, working is not just about earning a paycheque; it’s about learning a skill and contributing to society. People get angry with the system because they don’t understand why they have to go to work everyday — sometimes to jobs they hate — while others get a cheque in the mail every month and do nothing. People are more than willing to pay their tax dollars to a system that helps people become working members of society. They get angry when cash is seemingly dished out for nothing in return.2. We will always need social and aid workers, but they should be providing a hand up and not a hand out. Your aid worker gave you bad advice. 3. You said “all I get is $410.00 a month.” What exactly do you want? There are some when they realize they need to more to get by find another job or work extra hours. 4. The system has its problems, but it also funds individuals who have a responsibility to help themselves. No amount of handouts will help someone who loves being a victim. At some point you have to take responsibility for your own actions and make a change. It might be tough, but it’s been done before and can be done again.

  20. I just want to live and not having to depend on a credit card, like most of the working class do!!!!Nobody and I mean nobody can live on $410.00mnth.Also,your information about working (while being on welfare),and getting a portion(like an extra 100.00)before deductions,is NOT true either.I did charity work a few years back.I was to make 30% of whatever I brought in.So when I claimed on my statement that I had earned $200.00,social services took $140.00 off my cheque, leaving me only $60.00 for the mnth.

  21. So? I don’t know the welfare rules, but sounds fair to me. Like I said, those on EI can make money, too, but only up to a certain point. After that it’s deducted from their benefits, just like yours were from your cheque. I fail to see how that is unfair. And working, even part time, will give a person skills they can use to re-enter the workforce. It’s clearly not just about how much the system takes from your cheque. No one can live on $410 a month. That’s why people work two jobs and overtime. To get by and get ahead. I think it’s common sense really.

  23. If 70% of wages earned while on assistance are to be paid back, this is certainly a disincentive to working. Why work your ass off and get no more money than you could for sitting on it instead? For me, it would be a matter of pride more than anything. At least i’d feel like I was doing my share. But if I was a single parent…my pride wouldn’t get me very far. How the hell could i justify it? This is what I meant in my previous post – if there are to be job training or working incentives introduced into the social assistance system, they’d have to guarantee a livable wage. Otherwise the poor on assistance just become the working poor who probably still need some other kind of assistance. The idea is good, but it needs to truly change the circumstances of the recipients to work.I just thank God that this is not an issue for me.

  24. Jammie;Just a note,I do offer my share,by volunteering and protesting!Nobody knows my real reality,I pray that one day that everyone would-but this is unlikely, because of severe interferences,I would be a millionaire. This is the God’s honest truth!I have monies owed to me (millions),but I’m having a very difficult time being awarded this because of certain corruptions!

  25. Alison, if they DIDNT deduct most of your job earnings, EVERYONE would be on welfare? I mean, in that case, its free money… I’ll TAKE this $410 from SA then go make another $600 every two weeks working a job… Just doesnt make sense… Otherwise, I’d sign up for welfare too!”I just want to live and not having to depend on a credit card, like most of the working class do!!!!”The working class, take their PAYCHEQUES and pay those credit cards with every pay that comes in… (This working class girl does anyways)”Why not pick on the bigger “leaches”that we have in society,THE GOVERNMENT”Shall I remind you your WELFARE CHEQUE is coming from the government… Who Took that money from me, and everyone else who is “capible” of working? I’m sorry, but your getting enough of my money already.. you want more… Get a Job!The whole welfare topic kind of gets me heated..

  26. I just wunna add a quick note to my previous post, I’m not hating on people for being on welfare.. I Understand, some people NEED to be on it… But those that just keep having kids to keep it going, or just dont wunna work… THOSE are the people I am talking about.. The people who are ABUSING the system… So Alison.. I’m not hating on you.. But I definatly dont agree with alot of what you’ve said..I’m a lover, not a fighter 🙂

  27. Dont forget there are those that should be chemically castrated or spayed because they can’t keep their bits to themselves or their legs closed and keep spewing out spawn that the world doesn’t want or need. Also I don’t think that age should be a factor in being a good mother. You could be 23 with 3 kids and be the most devoted mother on the planet, or you could be a 40 something woman that has no job, no parenting skills, whose mother will come over and do her dishes because she neglects them for more than a month and leaves them sitting on the kitchen counter, and has more kids to get more money, as she obviously does since she got pregnant by her kid’s sped babysitter because she had her husband neutered after he got her pregnant the last time.

  28. CatLady from the Darkside; If I did what you said, take the $410 and the go and work to make $600 every two weeks, then I would be definately be cut off because I made well past the portion of $410.Rent today is outragous and now so is the cost of food!Isn’t this why working people have credit cards(unlike welfare receptients),because thier finding it difficult to survive as well, because three quarters of their pay goes towards rent?I’m a big fan regards pushing minimal wage up to meet today’s cost of living, but I can only do so much fighting to make this change while everybody just chooses to complain.
