Don’t bother calling the call center to bitch,call your city councilor with all your bus complaints.They’ll get tired of your calls and make sure the bus driver flies right.Or,your get charged with stalking them.

Actually to put this in perspective its not the driver. They know we are running late because of the gps unit on the bus ( although go time never works this gps unit works 95% of the time).
What happens is when the bus runs so late we are called over the bus phone and told go to X spot and start your route on time from there. The driver then does as instructed. We as drivers have no idea that they did not fill the first part of the run for us or not as we are just told what to do.
