You were so kind to me while taking my blood, and I am so sorry that I was in so much pain that I wasn’t able to really speak to you. You were so very gentle and kind – especially since I am “dainty” and it’s always difficult to get blood from me. You rubbed my arm, and when you gave me that piece of ice, I could have kissed you. I know you were worried about bruising me, but I wanted to let you know it wasn’t bad at all. Thank you and if/when I end up in there again, I hope I get to see you again and be able to speak to you more this time. —Local Dainty Redhead

“Awesome blood collector”, you don’t hear that too often.
