So, music starts at 8ish and ends when exactly? So guy upstairs, why do you have to have it turned up so all i hear is your music, all damn day? Part of me wonders if this is written by the people who live in the basement of my flat… haha. I live on the top floor, and on the ground floor, this guy apparently just got a set of drums and now he and his roommates think they’re a rockband… so that’s awesome. For some reason, my roommates don’t think it’s worth it to complain.
