Thanks for stealing my wallet containing my rent money back in the late 80’s. It’s been 25 years and I have yet to meet anyone lower than you. You are a supreme waste of skin. You insinuated yourself with my friends at the bar, then listened to me tell you how poor I was. I told you how I was working three job to stay in school and still needed to borrow a little extra from my family to make ends meet. Then you waited for me to walk away for a minute, stole my wallet and disappeared. You also stole my faith and trust in others. I hope you enjoyed spending the money I worked more than 100 hours to earn. I also hope you got what I wished for you: A life filled with failure, bedbugs, dysentery, loneliness, scabs, uncontrollable hiccups, anxiety, insomnia and overwhelming debt. You asshole. —Robbed

  1. crap, OP puts my obsessive vengeance to shame. only took me a few years to stop grinding my teeth about the junkie asshole who climbed through my balcony and stole my jewellry box that contained no jewels except for my kids’ baby teeth, hospital bracelets and locks of first hair cuts. (not that i still stew about it or anything)

op, try to give it up. you are only hurting yourself. and one thing, if this one incident from a stranger ‘stole your faith and trust in others’ then it was pretty precarious to begin with. it wasn’t your MOM that stole your rent money, or the pope or whoever gets your fuzzies as a trustworthy person. it was some stranger in a bar.

  2. You’re still chewing that old rag about something that happened 25 years ago?! It’s over, OP, it’s not only done, it’s written in stone. Move on with your life and don’t look back. Your spittle of venom is spraying in your face and the thieving ferret who ripped you off doesn’t give a rat’s ass. got that?

  3. Hello Robbed,

You are an extremely lucky person, did you know that? There are many lower people than this .. I’ve encountered some, and I suppose many of the other coasters have, as well.

“You also stole my faith and trust in others. I hope you enjoyed spending the money I worked more than 100 hours to earn. Facts are facts .. you left your wallet unattended. Nothing that you have said acknowleges any responsibility of your own. You have to protect yourself in this world .. hating on others, whether or not it seems deserved, is always foolish.

As for stealing your faith and trust in others, apparently you had a bit too much of that for your own good.

  4. My lineage is Irish, and if anyone can hold a grudge it’s us, but holy Guinness you’re cut from the old sod.

  5. 25 fucking years ……. rememeber Poison and Every Rose has it’s Thorn …. or Don’t Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin ….. replay these in your retro head everytime your rent is due!

  6. lol asshole theif. I am choosing not read the content of this bitch and just pretending that someone stole your asshole.

  7. Op You allowed that thief not only to steal a few hundred dollars(taking that amount of cash with you to a bar), but you also allowed that person to live rent free in your mind for 25 years. Not to mention making you bitter.

“Forgiveness is not always easy. At times, it feels more painful than the wound we suffered, to forgive the one that inflicted it. And yet, there is no peace without forgiveness.”

  8. Dammit Hoist, you beat me to it. All of OB’s commas must have been in that wallet.

  9. Seems you must have been asleep longer than Rip Van Winkle to have this still floating to the top of your current ‘worries / moans and groans’. If one is low on funds is it sensible to be in a bar with your ‘rent cash’ in your wallet? Not to mention if you were that poor then why be in the bar at all, unless your friends were ‘buying’, and perhaps your story telling was a way to get him to pay for your drinks too? Perhaps he just thought it was proper payment for having to hear your ‘poor little me’ story of woe, while he was trying to have fun in the bar. Folks do not go to bars to hear that kind of banter. Also, just for the record why was your wallet not with you when you ‘walked away’ for a bit? Too many loose ends. I realize that we can get careless in bars, but we have to be responsible for ourselves as well.

  10. You were out… in a bar… with hundreds of dollars in rent money…
    and left your wallet?
    How DRUNK were you?!?!?!?
You sure you didn’t just drink it all and LOST the wallet yourself on the way home?

  11. If this thief friend of yours decides to pay you back…you have to think like a bank and charge interest….the banks are certainly gouging consumers…why not you?

  12. I was around… but I have an alibi.
I was watching GI Joe or Get Smart at the time and not able to enter bars.
