I can’t name names, but you all know the place where we get our ID’s done, do our road tests, get vehicle permits, etc. etc. Well I recently did my road test at such place, and was not pleased at all with the instructor. She was very harsh, arrogant and actually came off as rather stupid. She insisted I give her my insurance, I then pointed out she was holding it. She was very snappy, intimidating and had no respect for myself or anyone else around her. Overall, a terrible experience in the car. Anyone else have bad experiences with such driving instructors? —Pissed that I had to spend $50 to sit in a car with you

I had a wicked driving instructor! He was some French guy and just chatted with me the whole time and made me feel at ease :)! And he even let me do my curb side hill parking over, as I turned my wheels the wrong way the first time. He said the fact that I knew I did it wrong was fantastic :P. And yaah, I passed!

I had the French guy too several years ago. He’s awesome and truly does his best to make you feel at ease. Great guy, and very professional.
OP: You should have requested another driving evaluator from Access Nova Scotia. If they ask why, you could inform them of the unprofessional manner of the lady you had. Hopefully you passed. See you on the roads.

Well you worry me. They are not instructors, they are examiners. If you can’t tell the difference, maybe you shouldn’t be on the road.
Unprofessional? Maybe she was just assertive. It’s not the duty of driving examiners to baby you, OB. Perhaps the OB is one of those kids who has everything handed to them and their parents are their best friend. And sebastian, the DMV doesnt give a shit whether some brat has a less-than-pleasant experience for a test. These things are scheduled weeks in advance and the DMV isn’t going to bend over backwards for some kid who doesn’t like being talked to a certain way. Grow up, OB.
