The problem with that is all of the OTHER people who will be affected if this person DOES get hit by a car. Namely, the person driving said car who now has to live with the reality that they just killed someone.
There is a pedestrian bridge right there too.. but it would add a whole five minutes to their “commute”.

yeah i saw a guy just sitting in the middle on the divider at 5:30pm waiting for rush hour traffic to slow down enough to let him cross… unreal. they need to put up a fence along the middle divider. doesnt even need to be very high… just enough to make sure the next person who tries gets splatted and left as a warning to the others.
The thing is, you try that in just about any other city in Canada and the cops are there in seconds…here, it’s just an everyday occurance. And WTF is up with people cycling on the Circ? Fucking people deserve to be turned into a hood ornament.
That really surprises me that bikes and pedestrians aren’t prohibited from the circ. What’s next, a guy on a horse? People are so oblivious on that road…
