To some of you tenants who live in a large apartment building, centrally located in Halifax. Stop breaking the glass doors when you’re too drunk to use your swipe key. Stop putting graffiti all over the inside of the elevators (we take pictures & we will catch you). Stop stealing the artwork (no matter how ugly) off the walls on each floor! THIS IS YOUR HOME! My dad used to hang out there with the ladiez back in the day and he said it was a hole back then too.
actually o.p., this is being done by the crackheads that hang around there. as to the art work(?), look on kijiji for that shit, maybe you can get it for a buck or two?
OP, simple….have the property owners increase the rent. People will still pay it but at least you can weed out low life scum bags.
