If he’s from Somalia and “can’t adjust” because seemingly he has major issues — WHY is he not getting mental health treatment? I know a few refugees who ended up in the various mental health facilities around HRM because they were so fucked up. There’s no doubt that this kid is fucked the fuck up. He needs help, but instead he’s just left to violently attack others and thrown in jail without the treatment he needs. He’ll be let out someday and’ll just go and do the same thing. At least if he was admitted to the Abbey Lane or NS hospital he’d get the treatment he needs so he hopefully doesn’t do the same thing to someone else.

I just read how the Parole Board released a guy who has twice had his parole revoked, and participated in gang attacks including a shooting. I think anyone who does this should get the sentence increased by the factor of the odds. 4 on 1, do 4 sentences. This country’s lawmakers and administrators are too far gone in my book .Once again, he should be released to live in the person who headed the Parole Board review.
