EXT. DAY. BRETON STREET. HALIFAX, CANADA.
OUR HERO EXITS A FEDEX-KINKO’S TO FIND A PARKING OFFICER WRITING UP A TICKET FOR AN ILLEGALLY PARKED GO KART.
SJM: So, uh, am I too late?
Officer: Is this your car?
SJM: Yes, Sir.
Officer: I’ll agree to do you a favour if you agree to do a favour for me.
SJM: Ummm….okay.
Officer: I’ll let you go without a ticket if you agree to do something nice for someone else. It’s up to you what you do and when you do it but you have to do something nice for somebody.
SJM: Uh, sure. I can do that.
Officer: Great. Take care.
SJM: You too. Thanks.

So you’re going to give me a free go-kart? Nice!
Wow!! I’m feeling really choked up after reading that. So, so, so beautiful!
That is awesome….fuck it. The guy is getting double for his kindness….I too am going to do something random and kind for a stranger this week.
The go-kart should have been towed, not ticketed. They should not be on the streets in the first place.
