You’ve heard the term “meaner than a junkyard dog”… well all of you I encountered at the recycling centres as I clean out 10 years of accumulated stuff were great:
-Keeping the shop open for an extra 10 minutes so I can drop off some broken electronic stuff.
-Greeting me with a smile and good explanation of how the place works – and then giving me $12 for handing over my metal junk.
Helping me move my construction debris into the right spot.
