  1. My recent work Xmas party saw a chick being arrested for smashing out a car window, and two other chicks get in good fashion cat fight it was awesome.

It must have been a full moon or they were all just PMS’ing. Good bless all the bad little girls of the world.

  2. you didn’t and also didn’t mention the severity of said asshattery.
    how bad was it?
trainwreck but can’t look away bad?
    jim lahey bad?
    oprah at a buffet bad?

    what the hell happened?

  3. they probably came, dressed identically, that would do it, or one got caught fucking other ones guy friend? livens things up tho.

  4. You never gave us any juicy details !!!!
    DAMN !
I can tell a better party story this year than that one…but it’ll definately be recognizable by about the 80+ people who were there. So I must keep lips zipped & fingers away from the incriminating keys 😉
All I can say is…next year strip shows are for professionals !

  5. ha that is why there are no details ..i don’t want to make anyone feel bad, lets just say the person was loud and trying to give speeches that were unwarranted….totally shitfaced, head on table, was not good

  6. That sounds hilariious QoH!

I don’t mind drunk people making asses of themselves as long as they don’t vomit or break anything. It’s all good entertainment.

I guess it depends on what your work is like. I’ve had jobs where the staff Christmas parties were extremely laid back and everyone got drunk and made asses of themselves, and everyone had a blast. Then I’ve had jobs where no one really knew each other and staff social events were always stuffy and awkward.

  7. fizz, that’s exactly the difference between my and the missus companies.
mine’s a snore (so I subsequently never attend) and theirs is a riot….

free drinks for a bit doesn’t hurt with the schmoozing either…

  8. lol schmoozing… that’s a lovely word I had forgotten all about.

I much prefer the laid back fun work parties to the boring awkward ones. But when someone makes a drunken ass of themselves at a boring awkward one it’s extra funny, makes the whole experience more awkward but less boring, hahaha.

If it was just a drunken speech QoH it’s really a blessing in disguise, relax, nothing to bitch about there. Have a laugh and some more wine.

  9. lol…..personally i thought it was a little bit funny .espcially when my name started being yelled out….i kept saying keep it down….way to late for that…(we were playing a game) sadly i did not win 🙁

  10. Office/Work parties are only functions to attend when you need to pick out people you wanna party with again – PS and bring the mud pit and boxing gloves too !!!! LOL

  11. I work from home. Someone should try to organize a “home-office” party for others like myself.
    Could get crazy though…:p

  12. ah a home office party ….that would be interesting ..than u could pick and choose who u wanted to attend….not a bad idea really

  13. I wouldn’t recommend it. The people you don’t invite will find out eventually and then they’ll be pissed that you didn’t invite them. Hostile working environment, never a good thing.

  14. I’m all about making an ass of myself at staff parties. Get a little too drunk, fondle a female manager, get that awkward look from everyone in the office. Good times.

  15. Alcohol certainly adds an ‘interesting’ dimensiion to workplace socializing, doesn’t it? Then there was the bowling Christmas wine and cheese party that was scheduled BEFORE the game resulting in a bunch of drunks attempting to hurl heavy bowling balls and not themselves hopefully down their own lane though not always successfully…hehehehe! No injuries sustained except the hangovers in the morning!

  16. Rookies…I’ve been to staff xmas parties where hotel staff had to be paid for their silence afterwards.
