Clam Harbour Sandcastle Competition: Thanks to the guy who cautioned us about parking on the wrong side of the road. Thanks to the bus driver who stopped to pick us up. Thanks to the kind folks who watched our stuff so we could swim together. To the people in line behind us waiting for the bus out… crowding us did not make the line move faster, you kept smoking although it was bothering the people around you, and an hour in your company took some of the shine off a great day. Work on your people skills.

Wow..I should have gone to Clam Harbour instead of Rainbow Haven on Sunday…my friend ended up with a parking ticket for parking on the side of the ‘road’ by the parking lot.
i hear there were mega hotties at rainboy haven on sunday 😀
Yes F7, there were….all hot girls in bikinis….unfortunately I am a woman and I like men! Needless to say my bag of Cheetos gave me the satisfaction I was craving.
Those parking tickets are given out for a good reason in that most of the illegal parkers place themselves in spots where it would create havoc in the event an emergency vehicle needed to get in or out quickly.
i MEANT guys… a gay friend was there and raved about the plethora of washboard abs…. yumyum

There was MORE than enough space for an emergency car to get by…..we were by the side of the road, not on it. I think it was just a cash grab…..sucks though, the ‘free’ day at the beach became $25!
What really pissed me off was when we were walking back to the car most of the cars were speeding my us, I shouted at a few to slow down. Why would they hand out a fricken parking ticket to someone parked next to the ditch but they can’t ticket people speeding down a dirt road next to a beach where families/kids/ etc are walking?
