Both of which are directly related to the HRP.( I am in the process of making a formal complaint) I recently had a run in with a guy who is twice my size, and quite possibly, twice my strength. The fucker ripped me off, and I found him and I called him on his dickatry. All he could say to me was to shut the fuck up you cunt bitch. Well, I spit right in his face, hocked a big loogie and splat! Bullseye. Now, I expected some sort of reaction, of course. A shove back, to spit back at me, whatever. What I did not expect, was the huge step back that he took to open hand smack the side of my head, nearly knocking me over, mildly rupturing my eardrum. Needless to say, I cannot hear properly out of my right ear. And won’t be able to for a least a week. When I called the police, because I was totally tired of this guy, and I quite possibly would have done something much worse, had I not, The cop that shows up, is half my size, and immediately takes one look at me and sees I am not a frail little paris wannabe, and turns into a mega bitch. The warning is this….this COP basically told me that I deserved to be deaf, because I had spit on him and that’s assault. She DID NOT lay the charges I asked her a couple of times to. She told me I should have been a bigger man and walked away from the guy. Spitting is personnal and she would rather be punched in the side of the head instead of being spit on. So what I am saying is, if a woman spits on a man, and hurts his feelings, he is allowed, according to what I got from this HRP officer, to smack you in the side of the head as hard as he likes…because you assaulted him. (by spitting) Now I am all for woman’s liberation and all that equality shit, BUT, men and women are NOT equal. They NEVER will be. EVERONE is different. And I do not believe that a man twice my size should be allowed to get away with rupturing my eardrum!!!!! I don’t care. And I hope and pray that the dick DOES charge me with assaulting him(by spit), because I AM charging him with assault causing, and like I said earlier, issuing a complaint to the HRP about their she-man officers. No, it was mutual combat that YOU initiated, so instead of arresting BOTH she walked away. It is not the law’s job to compensate the loser of a mutual combat. well techinically you can get aids from spitting…however it is very unlikely. if the spit happens to be carrying blood from an ulcer or other source inside a HIV infected person comes into contact with any broken skin or mucosa on the spitee, transmission is possible. as i said very unlikely but not impossible.
