I really hope you do not feel sad or alone this Valentine’s Day because you are amazing and I sincerely hope you know that. Cliche but true. I know a few folks (ladies and gents) who are rarely or never happy … not just in relationships but in life … because they are not happy with who they are and focus way too much time on finding external sources to fix it rather than taking time to find what they need to do to first love who they are.
