While we agree on some of the “incoherent crap” that gets posted by mod we appear to place a different construction on why she has done so. In support of my position (9:50AM) I invoke “Occam’s Razor,” named after the mediaeval thinker William of Occam (sometimes spelt Okham) which lays it down that causal explanations should not, “ceteris paribus” (that’s Latin for “other things being equal”), exceed their legitimate evidentiary grounds. It would appear that your claim to the effect that mod has “simply flung herself paws up,” that she shoves the incoherent crap through with only a cursory glance,” that she tags the crap based only “a word or phrase that leaps out” appears to have violated the principle of Occam’s Razor. In other words, such grounds are speculative and not compelling. My claim, on the other hand, appeals to the nobility of her intent and the subtle quality of her judgement which, “certeris paribus,” must be allowed to stand. I’m sure you agree.
