You give in because you don’t want to argue. It drives me nuts. I don’t want to win, I want to communicate. It’s good to have a difference of opinion, opposition can be interesting. Don’t just roll over and say “OK”. I can take being wrong. I can’t take a cop out. You say it doesn’t matter to you enough to fight. Well maybe it matters to me. Maybe, I need some feedback or maybe I need to be held in check. We’ll never find out if we don’t discuss it.
